E-Toolkit
The E-Toolkit is our brand new e-learning platform, specifically designed to be interactive and support you to learn and explore the emotional needs and resources approach.
The E-Toolkit combines video, animation, and written content to support people with varying learning styles. Accessible on a mobile device or desktop, you can complete a module when and where you have the time.
We have designed it to help you meet emotional needs as you use it. There are three check in’s ready to watch through your learning journey, where you meet Fiona and Fraser from our team.
They will explain how to use the site, what to expect and pose some questions for you to reflect on. We hope this meets your needs for Control and Security.
As you complete a module, the tile on your dashboard will turn from grey to colour, helping you track your progress and celebrate a mini milestone in your training. This is designed to help you meet your need for achievement.
It is available 24/7, meaning that all of your staff, no matter their shift pattern or schedules, can all have the same opportunity to access this vital training. Therefore, by enabling everyone in your able to gain skills to support their wellbeing, you’re helping to meet their need for Status.
The E-Toolkit is available to organisations who are training their line managers through The Mental Health Toolkit. It is also included in our Explorer Package and Pioneer Package.
To make the most of the E-Toolkit across your organisation and the investment you are making, we need to ensure your line managers have the skills and knowledge to support their teams and embed the approach.

Thank you so much for this – a really insightful and practical take on modern mental health and wellbeing.
I am very grateful that I was able to attend this course as I feel much more confident now. Before I was OK holding meetings, but I feel its more structured now and I am not frantically researching before a meeting on the do’s and don’ts etc. Even the techniques on calming someone who is distressed I have been able to use in my Cub Leader role, as we have a young girl that attends and suffers from anxiety.
We both hugely benefitted from this course and we will be applying it to our everyday approach – not only within our workplace roles, but also our lives outside of work.
The Essentials session delivered to our senior managers was greatly appreciated. The feedback that we received was very positive and not only did it give a general awareness of what it means to be emotionally healthy, it also gave practical advice on how we can satisfy our emotional needs. The course was well-delivered, engaging and very valuable to us as we look to develop our focus on wellbeing in the workplace.
