Our Introduction to the Mental Health Toolkit session is a light touch and interactive introduction to the emotional needs and resources approach.
Ideal for everyone
The Essentials workshop is a half day for 16 people delivered either as an online interactive session or face to face. Our workshop covers the Mental Health Continuum, our emotional needs and resources, sleep, and barriers to meeting our needs.
Supporting those in management roles
Our two day Supporting Mental Health course gives your team the skills to support themselves and others who are facing challenges. As well as a more in depth look at the Emotional Needa and Resources approach, we cover and practice effective communication skills, conversation frameworks and practical ways to calm strong emotions.
Plus, your whole organisation will be entitled to the E-Toolkit (an interactive e-learning platform), a kit to internally promote the training to your teams, priority bookings during peak times like Mental Health Awareness Week, invites to networking groups, and a mid-point review.
